1. Introduction

Welcome to Eire English school - online English school (the "School"). By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services

The School offers online English language classes and courses to students of all levels. Our classes are taught by qualified and experienced teachers, and are designed to improve the students' language skills. The School reserves the right to not run a class if there are less than 3 students enrolled in it, and the maximum number of students in a class is 10.

 

3. Payment

Payment for classes must be made in advance, and can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following policy:

• If a student cancels a class at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class in a course, a full refund will be given.

• If a student cancels a class less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class in a course, no refund will be given.

• If the School cancels a class due to less than 3 students enrolled, a full refund will be given or the class will be rescheduled at the student's convenience.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request being received.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the student.

• Refunds will not be given for classes that have already been taken or courses that have already been started. 

 

5. Liability

The School shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Changes to the Terms

The School reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our website and services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.

 

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

This refund and cancellation policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2007 in Ireland, which requires businesses to have fair and transparent procedures in place for refunds and cancellations.
